Maxi skirts are a blessing. Trust me. It is very hard to pull off a pair of jeans in the hot weather, especially when you live in a place like Delhi. This is where the skirts slip in!

And since I’ve been very clear that my blog is about affordable fashion, here I am going to show you how a single maxi skirt can be worn in four different ways!

This first look is very Indian ethnic.I have teamed up the black maxi slit skirt with a Jaipuri vest that I recently shopped from Janpath, Delhi.

To accessorize I chose a white stone pendant and some great rings. You can also pair it with some great jhumkas or other earrings of your choice and maybe a few bangles ! For the footwear you can go with just any nice pair of flip flops or kohlapuris. Everything works wonders!

For  the second look I teamed the skirt with a great white graphic tee from the Kook and Keech collection by Myntra. With this I wore my age old converse shoes and some cute silver rings! This look is my personal favourite. I love how fun it is! Not everyone can carry off sneakers with a maxi skirt. If you can, kudos to you!

While styling the skirt for the third time I took a big leap and folded the skirt to make it look short! Just fold your skirt and tadaaaaaa, you have a brand new skirt altogether! I teamed it up with my white chiffon shirt, a leopard print engraved neckpiece and lovely nude peeptoes!

I love how the looks gives a very formal vibe! Although it can be worn just anywhere!

This last look is another favourite! Just wear your maxi skirt like an off-shoulder dress and you’re good to go. How amazing is that? Add some statement neckpiece like how I chose my boho silver one, some funky bracelets, rings, even a belt if you like and trust me you have it work like magic on you! Customize it the way you want. The look is all yours to create! No boundaries, no rules! 😀

So, these were four ways of styling a single maxi skirt. Be creative with your clothes, be radical and go rule the world!!
