Hello you beautiful person!
I hope your Fridays are going on like Fri-yays! Mine definitely are. π Also, from now on I am planning to post on Tuesdays and Fridays! Lots of reasons for the same but trust me you would not be disappointed! π
Moving on, today’s DIY post is the much awaited scarf head gears. I have come across and tried a lot of them through youtube and other blogs but I am going to show you guys my personal favourites. These are super easy and super chic. Lets get started. π
Look 1.
This is the same I wore in post not long ago and you guys loved it. A lot of you asked for the tutorial and here it is. π
Take a long rectangular scarf for this one. Keep folding it from the middle until you get this wide a scarf!
Hold the scarf behind your head and pull the two ends forward.
Now take one end and pass it from under the other forming the kind of knot you see below.
Pull the two ends away from each other forming something of a knot you see in the picture below.
After this, tie the two ends at the back of your head tightly. You can make two knots if you like. Tuck the falling ends on the opposite sides, like I am doing in the picture below! π
And here you go. Simple right?
Look 2.
The second one is a little tricky and might take some time for you to understand but it is worth it.
This time, take a square shaped scarf. Fold the same diagonally.
Now place it on your head with the middle triangle right in the middle. My scarf was a slipping a little, thanks to the fabric. Cotton would work the best.
Now pull the two extreme ends and tie them into Β a know right in the middle.
After this, pull that little corner Β that was placed in the middle and tuck it over nicely.
Later, tie the two ends of the scarf at the back of your head and tuck them in like in the previous one!
Annndddd, here it is. All worth the hard work. π
Look 3:
This is by far the most easy head gear.
Take a square scarf once again and fold it in half like a triangle.
Place the hypotenuse ( geek haha) on top and pull and tie the two other ends at the back. Tadaaaaa!
You’re done. Super easy right?
If you like you can also tuck the ends at the back. π
Look 4:
The last one is also a very simple one here. Place your square scarf, fold it diagonally and keep making folds until you get a thin line.
Now place this behind your neck, under your hair, like me in the picture.
Pull the ends up and tie them Β on one side of your head. π
If you like you can leave it here.
OR, you can also braid these ends with your hair and go for a retro summer look. π β€
This was it ladies! I hope you liked the tutorial. Please do leave your feedback and follow me on instagram too!
Also suggest me on any other tutorials that you would like to see! β€
