Last week got really hectic with the Amazon Fashion Week going on here in Delhi. I attended the last three days and the experience was incredible. I will soon share my views on the shows I liked, the ones I didn’t and what I wore! Yayy.
Okay, so who here loves stripes?? Raise your hand if you do! You just raised a hand in your head, didn’t you? 😀 I don’t think I know of anyone who does not like stripes! The most lovable patterns they are! 😛
I bought this one pair of striped palazzos (Yes, I know I have millions of Palazzos!), from a street market and decided to show how you can wear it, or as a matter of fact, any palazzo in different ways! I’ll cover three here. 😀
LOOK 01. INTERNATIONAL LOVE!
I call this one International love because somehow it reminds me of great high street international fashion. It is ultra-chic and sexy. The moment you step out ,I actually stepped out of a public washroom where I changed (sigh), you feel the most confident you can ever be! Some outfits just work like magic on you and I believe this is one for me.
I paired the palazzos with a full sleeved black crop top (DIYed out of a pair of leggings!) and this beautiful Ikat cut out shirt dress from Empress PItara!
LOOK 02. STREET SEXY!
I love this one ‘cause its raw, its messy and it is still sexy in its own way! The summer doesn’t seem to leave the capital city, so this one is perfect for something like that; an extended summer! The whole outfit is really outgoing and fun!
I threw on a cropped shirt over the palazzos and wore my Chuck Taylors for shoes! You can always button the whole shirt if you like, unlike me! I am just shameless like that. Haha
LOOK 03. EFFORTLESSLY CHIC!
This one is the most simple of them all. That does not however mean it ain’t nice. Like the calm, sophisticated vibes it has attached to it. You can never go wrong with this one. The whole outfit is a beauty in itself. You don’t even have to try to look good here, it just works.
Here I have worn an ages old chiffon shirt and some quick silver accessories to add some edge and sharpness to the outfit. My old shoes go just too well with the same.
