How to: Suede skirt, three ways!

Have I been MIA for too long? Yes. Can I blame my exams and the holidays for that? Yes.

Alright then. Fur, velvet, suede, velvet-suede, has got everybody swooning by lately. These fabrics are definitely hitting the right button. So, I decided to take out my beautiful, oh-so-sesky, oxblood suede skirt and do what I do best. Style it in different ways!

Look 01:

For the first one I went in all 70’s and decided to add some print to my skirt by wearing it on top of a longer printed one. The outcome was great and as I always say ‘if you can layer your tops, you can layer your bottoms too!’

I kept it minimal with a pastel turtle neck and a pair of studded boots.

Look 2:

If you are not aware of my off late obsession with monochromes, you definitely do not know me. So as it is, I went ahead with a monochromatic look taking in a maroon sweatshirt and similar toned thigh high socks + gum soled shoes.

Look 03:

This third look is the easiest one to carry off and yet so perfect for a full day out. I went with an all black underneath and topped it off with a skirt. Of course, a denim jacket on top to keep me warm.
